How do I obtain a PERFECT credit score?

Hey I%26#039;m a 19 yr old male in college, I just checked my credit score and it was 729, from yahoo answers, I guess that is good. I also just found out that perfect is 850. I want to achieve the highest possible score. How can I do this? Please I want descriptive answers, things I can do to obtain this.

1) Take only credit you need

2) Pay all balances on time... more than minimums.

3) Allow your credit to be accessed minimally.

4) Do not co-sign for anyone else

5) Maintain steady job history (shows up on credit too)

6) Up your credit limits when possible...without increasing spending.

I am a loan officer in Tennessee. I have looked at 1,000%26#039;s of credit reports and have never seen higher than 826. I don%26#039;t think it is possible. The person with the 826 has no derogs and low to 0 balance on credit cards and no mortgage at all.

I work for a loan officer and I have never seen a credit score higher than 820. Not saying that it isn%26#039;t possible. Anything is obtainable if you do it right. You need to pay EVERYthing on time, including cell phone bills, movie rentals, etc. Never bounce a check (b/c that does affect your credit score), and don%26#039;t have high balances on credit cards. Having a credit card that is never used but is open is also good for credit.

I know this because I am taking real estate classes, and a loan officer gave a class and told us that from 730 to 830. There is really no difference, your score is perfect.

730 and 800 is really not big of a deal. Below 730 thats when it counts, so pretty much you are up there already, it wont make much difference above that. But if you are not satisfied with that and you still want to put it high above the clouds.

here is a tip: have all your major credit cards to 30% of their limit.

So in other words, just use 30% of their capacity, and keep them like that. It will boost your score way up.
