I want to check my credit score, and actually learn more about it.

I believe there is no credit centre you can check your credit rating. But there is a system you can check your credit status such as CCRIS ,CTOS and FIS. Banks and financial institution depends on these reports. For CCRIS , you can go yourself to Bank Negara in KL ground floor to check your latest status.Please bring your ic and i think there is a minimal charge of Rm 10 (i think) . For CTOS , you can go to your lawyer to check for you.

In Malaysia there are a lot lot lot of people have a bad record on CTOS report. So don%26#039;t worry because the report is not updated.

You should be able to login to www.freecreditreport.com. However, you do have to have a credit card to get your score and then you have their service free for 30 days before they start charging you. I used it before and called as soon as I saw my score. Didn%26#039;t use the service for more than 15 minutes, but I could still cancel. As long as you cancel within the 30 days you%26#039;ll be fine. I don%26#039;t know any way to do it without a credit card though. You can get your credit report free once per year at www.annualcreditreport.com!
