They are mostly just looking to for any past evictions.

they dont care about your credit score honestly..
you just need to make sure you dont have huge huge debts but most importantly no unlawful detainers or evictions.
thas all they really care about.. bad credit may require a bigger deposit though.

They will briefly look over it, past evictions are a big no-no, if there is anything like that on your record they will ask for a co-signer, and/or a larger payment upfront.
