How can you check your credit score once a year?

I understand you go to Transunion because they have 3 in 1

I%26#039;m willing to pay for that. But when I go to the website it says 14.95 a month no contract. so I take it they want me to sign up but if I want to cancel I can.

And if you sign up for the monthly, does that mean it automatically checks your credit every month, meaning the your 1 time check is already pulled. And the 2nd or 3rd will impact your credit score?

You can check your credit score once a year for a small fee. You also can check your report once a year for free. If you check your own report, it has no impact on your credit score.

If you see nothing unusual in your credit cards, then you don%26#039;t need to check more than once a year.

Of course, if you think that someone may have applied for an account using your personal information, then that is another matter.

you are allowed to get 1 free report per year from each of the 3 bureaus.

Pull one every 4 months and make sure that nothing unexpected is on there, pay your bills on time and your credit score will take care of itself
