Not sure how many answers you will get on this. You, can, of course, get professional help in repairing your credit but a repo is tough. The most logical thing to do is pay off your debts but, of course, for most people that is impossible. Since you are 21 and IF you have a decent job, I suggest you consider buying a home. A mortgage is much easier to obtain than any other credit. Granted, you will have to sign on for a large interest rate but what I suggest is to try and get the mortgage and take more than the home is worth and have the mortagage company pay off your collection accounts and repo loan. You would than have a clear credit record. After a few payments on your house and by signing up for a secured credit card (and using it wisely) you will start seeing a positive report on your credit. At that time either sell the house or refinance it (this is a couple years out, of course). During this period you can apply for a new car loan and pay it off on time....which will give you great credit.
It may not work...but you could give it a try. Run all your ideas past a credit counselour or your parents and friends, before you do anything.

To repair your own credit you would have to start making payments to pay off the collection accounts and the repo.
If you do not think the collection accounts are your accounts then you can get a copy of your credit report and dispute the item.
Contact a debt management agency who can help you work out a payment plan with the creditors which will eventually help to clean up your credit in the long run because you will have paid off the debts.

First, make sure all the information on your credit report is accurate.
Second, try to pay off all or any accounts that are currently in collections or make payment arrangements with the creditor to pay off the balance monthly.
Third, any credit card that is over 50% of the available credit line should be paid down to under half of your total credit line. Your credit score is lowered when your available balance is over 50% of your total credit line.
Finally, if you have bad or no credit and have no credit cards try to obtain two credit cards and make sure all of your monthly payments are made on time. This will help increase your credit score. If you cannot be approved for a unsecured credit card, obtain a secured credit card.
Repairing your credit and improving your credit score is a slow process that takes time.
