No other card issuer gives a free FICO score. Washington Mutual (wamucards.com) now owns Providian, so if you have a WaMu card you still get a free monthly FICO score.

The Federal Trade Commission offers free access, and you don%26#039;t need a credit card. You are entitled to one free copy of your report from all three major credit reporting agencies each year.
